Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST are shipped the same day, more than 99% of the time. Express orders for in stock items placed by 1 p.m. EST are guaranteed to be shipped the same day. After 1 p.m. EST please call to confirm express delivery options.
Although most items are kept in stock, select products offered may be drop shipped or require special order, typically, 2-3 business days lead time. Should an unexpected delay in shipping occur, we will notify you by telephone and/or e-mail of the new projected shipping date and provide you with an opportunity to keep your order or cancel it for a prompt and complete refund.
You can expect competitive rates, when FREE SHIP does not apply. We are glad to review shipping options to find the best available option for your needs, be they cost or time sensitive. Next day air, including Saturday delivery, is a common occurrence at CDOC. We are located near a UPS hub where expedited shipments can be dropped off as late at 6:30 PM EST. Every effort is taken to meet your needs.
